Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will interact directly with customers, providing detailed information about our products and services. This role involves handling orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our offerings. As the primary point of contact, you will contribute to overall customer satisfaction and help drive sales growth.

Tasks, Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities:
--- Confer with customers via telephone, internet, email, live chat, or in person to
provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain
details of complaints.
--- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers'
problems.
--- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of
inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
--- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as
exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.
--- Provide recommendations of fencing implementation based on the situation and
create quotes for the sale.
--- Trouble shooting of fencing products and issues.
--- Responsible for always maintaining product knowledge and industry trends
through attending trade shows.
--- Must have excellent communication skills with Supervisors, Peers, or
Subordinates as well as Persons outside the organization.
--- Travel (25%)
--- Must be able to make decisions and solve problems.

Qualifications/Requirements:
--- Agricultural/Fencing background and knowledge preferred.
--- Computer Skills
--- Sales background preferred.
--- Basic mechanical skills preferred.
--- Flexible schedule requiring Saturday rotations.
