Sureway offers great compensation, benefits, and monthly rewards based on your performance !As the Residential Residential Service Technician, you will repair, maintain, and replace plumbing fixtures, plumbing, and equipment for the benefit of our customers.
  Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and replace various residential Plumbing systems sometimes in confined or high places including: drains, sewers, sump pumps, garbage disposals, bathrooms, kitchens, and the entire variety of available plumbing fixtures, piping, and appurtenances.
  • This is a skilled level job requiring at least 2 years plumbing either in service or new construction. If you don't have a plumbing license you will be encouraged to attend Ampac Plumbing School. We want our team to be licensed, skilled, and always improving. We provide benefits towards you become your best self.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and test systems as needed
  • Maintain efficient and accurate records
  • Work overtime as needed to complete daily jobs
  • Provide high-quality customer service and care
  • Keep a clean and organized truck
  • Listen to customer issues and provide solutions
  • Other duties as assigned; Able to follow directions and report back results
  • Collect final payment at job sites
  • Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
  • Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
  • Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
  • Attend company meetings as necessary
  • Adhere to all safety and handbook policies
  • Desire to learn new skills and help people
  • Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain clean work area
    Qualifications:
    • Possess a Journeyman or Master Plumber license (ACHD) OR be willing to attend apprentice school to gain a license
    • Prior residential service experience desired
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
    • Track record of troubleshooting complex plumbing problems
    • Knowledge of trade practices and plumbing code
    • Must be able to work limited on-call and weekend hours (on-call schedule provided ahead of time)
