Responsibilities:
--- Perform maintenance work on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and mechanical systems in residential apartment units located in Pittsburgh, PA
--- Respond promptly to service calls from residents and ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
--- Interact in a polite and professional manner with tenants, vendors, contractors, and colleagues
--- Complete assigned maintenance tasks in vacant apartments for unit turnovers and preparations
--- Carry out various preventive maintenance procedures to ensure proper functioning of equipment
--- Be available for on-call and after-hour emergency maintenance requests and work orders
--- Maintain the grounds of the community to uphold its appearance and functionality
--- Conduct painting and wall touch-up tasks as needed
--- Perform carpet cleaning duties as part of the maintenance responsibilities

Qualifications:
--- Must have the ability to conveniently commute to and from the workplace
--- Must be available for a flexible on-call schedule covering morning, afternoon, and evening service calls at apartment properties throughout the week
--- A valid driver's license is required
--- Reliable transportation is a must
--- Proficiency in using email, text, and phone communications is essential
