Inova staffing is looking for Press Operator's for a client of ours who is a leading custom molder of silicone, rubber, and plastic products, headquartered in Middlefield, Ohio. You can have a hand in manufacturing a wide range of products tailored to meet customers' specific needs. We're looking for a dedicated Press Operator to join our production team.Shifts:3PM-11:30PM - $1611PM-7:30AM - $16Job Description:As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating molding presses to produce high-quality silicone, rubber, and plastic products. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that products meet exact specifications, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Job Summary:- Operate molding machines which produce cured parts and perform all necessary instructions and secondary operations as defined by the control plan.Job Functions:- Comply with all policies and procedures in the Quality Manual.- Comply with all policies and procedures in the Safety Manual.- Comply with all policies and procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook.- Operate molding machines (including startup and shutdown).- Operated secondary equipment.- Complete all operator responsibilities, for each part number, per control plan, (eg. charting, measuring, gaging, inspecting, testing, etc).- Keep work area clean, and organized.- Accurately complete required production and labor reporting paperwork.- Perform high quality work with 100% production efficiency.Physical Requirements:- Able to read and write.- Perform job while standing.- Use loading board (max 15 lbs. with arms extended forward).- Visually inspect parts.- Lift material from floor (max 40 lbs.).- Lift cartons from floor (max 40 lbs.).- Perform job with two hands (air gun, loading board, part removal, trim and inspection).Note:- Employee must follow any other reasonable instructions provided by their supervisor as this job description may not be all inclusive.- Employee must function in the best interest of the organization as a whole in order to promote an effective team-oriented environment.Apply Now!To apply, simply respond to this ad, visit www.Inovastaffing.com, and choose "Mentor" as your nearest branch and one of our Staffing Managers will contact you ASAP or you can walk-in Monday-Friday between 9am and 3pm!
