Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior DEI Program Specialist who
will lead initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of DEI programs aligned with
enterprise goals
Guide the recruitment and support of Employee Resource Groups
(ERGs) and their leaders
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for DEI initiatives and
track key metrics for progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
professional experience
5 or more years of experience in leading people and/or
program/project management
2 or more years of experience managing Diversity, Equity, and
Inclusion programs
Experience managing program budgets and using data for
evaluation
Familiarity with integrating DEI principles into organizational
policies or processes
