Job Description:

Modis is working with a client who has a Systems Administrator job in Canton, OH. This position is a mid-level administration role that will be responsible for building and managing multiple Microsoft environments for the client.  This person should have experience working as a Microsoft systems administrator. A qualified candidate will be versed with multiple Microsoft server/system tools and applications. The client is a large manufacturing company with an extensive IT infrastructure environment. This is a contract position that is slated to go to the end of this year.
 
Systems Administrator job:
 

• 
  

• Manage and troubleshooting issues associated with server administration.
• Perform administrative duties including maintaining Active Directory, creating software group policies, etc.
• Troubleshoot multi-layered issues associated with multiple Microsoft technologies.
• Perform hardware installation and server builds.
• Provide high level of expertise for current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures.

 
Qualifications:
 

• 
  

• Must have 3-7 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server administration.
• Must have advanced knowledge of and experience working in Microsoft Server 2003, 2008r2 and 2012 environments.
• Must be experienced working with Active Directory.
• Prefer someone with experience working with Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2010 and 2013.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
